Local Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • We use Ninja Packs for all deliveries.

  • NINJA PACK - In the event a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the recipient at the designated address, the recipient will receive an email notice in relation to the failed delivery attempts. Ninja shall perform a 2nd and 3rd attempt to deliver said parcel. Pursuant to the 3rd failed attempt, Ninja shall return said parcel to the Sunday Seeds and the recipient shall be responsible for charges required to arrange for another delivery.

  • Delivery takes about 3–5 working days once orders are made.

  • We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

RETURNS

We take great care in making sure you receive the freshest and adequately bottled product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer either a refund or exchange within seven days of purchase.
Only products purchased at www.sundayseeds.com are valid for refund or exchange. Products are your responsibility until they reach us.
As much as we love happy customers, a change of mind is not an acceptable reason for us to proceed with a refund.

Some necessary conditions for returns:

  • You can return your item within seven days of receipt for a refund.

  • Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened and in the full original undamaged packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Return postage is at your expense, and we will not be responsible for items lost in the post, so please return your purchases by a registered service.

  • Please make sure the goods are appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • All goods will be inspected upon return.

  • We will refund the amount you paid for the item.
