PHILOSOPHY

Born from the belief that beauty can be enhanced through a restful and graceful way of living, Sunday Seeds sets to create a community where one can live slow, breathe deep, listen to the body and react with grace.

In a world that thrives on productivity and multi-tasking, it is not uncommon for one to lose sight of the essentials of life. We stop smelling the roses on the way home, and we have no time to lie down on grass fields to count the stars.  We become impassive towards discoveries and speed our way through life like a bullet train. What if we could take a moment to slow down and reconsider our lifestyle, review our eating habits and question what we are doing to our skin?

Beyond an advocate of natural beauty, Sunday Seeds cultivates self-love from inside out, fulfilling her philosophy of becoming a Restful Human.

THE RESTFUL HUMAN

  • Cultivate a lifestyle of slow, mindful living. Take time to enjoy the daily tasks.
Feel the sunlight and take in the morning air. Smell the coffee, savor every sip.
Listen to the pitter-patter of the rain. Slow down and let your senses come alive.

  • Introduce a restful routine into your schedule, no matter how busy you are.
A morning routine will set a positive tone for the day.
A night routine will calm your senses and get you ready for sweet slumber.

  • Be positively engaged in what you do daily, saying no to what is not needful for the day.

  • Take slow, deep breaths and stretch your body several times daily.
Be mindful of what you eat. Drink plenty of fluids. Dance, move, rest.
Practice tapping and meditation. Go on a digital detox.

  • Give thanks daily, be grateful for the little things and hug someone every day.

  • Humans are beautiful yet intricate creatures.
We come in the same form and structure, yet we are different in character and soul.
Know who you are, develop your strengths, be aware of your weaknesses and be kind to yourself.

  • Cultivate love and respect for all races and ethnicities.
There is no superiority, only love, respect, and equality.

  • Include toxic-free and nutrient-rich products into your skincare regime.
It makes no sense to apply synthetic substances on your skin that end up as toxins inside your body.

  • Enable healing through natural methods before conventional off-the-counter solutions.
Allow your body time to breathe, to relax, to heal. Sometimes all you need is a good rest.
If we would allow our organs to perform their tasks without always reaching out to synthetic treatments as the first option,
they might finally remember what they were originally created for and perform their duties intuitively.

  • There is so much healing energy in nature.
Ground yourself by placing your bare feet on earth or take a walk by the beach. Go forest bathing or do some gardening.

  • Every breath you draw is a moment gone. Be present. Quit multi-tasking everything.
    Make mindfulness a habit.

  • The ability to forgive is a powerful healing tool. Understand and use it well.

  • Find a community that speaks your language, be it wellness, sports, or just a group of like-minded people who share similar passions, values, and beliefs.
A community creates a safe space for you to be yourself and learn more about others who are like you. Find your tribe mates and inspire one another.
