We provide a number of services through the Website (all such services, collectively, the “our Services”), including without limitation selling of beauty and health related products and services. We reserve the right to add, change, and/or delete content and/or services from the Website and/or our Services from time to time.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
All the prices on our website are displayed in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for more details.
Sunday Seeds retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes
3. PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Sunday Seeds encourages members to leave comments on the sites. You must be a registered member to submit a user comment on the website. User comments are subject to the following: Must be respectful of others and stay on relevant product. Do not submit anything illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, defamatory, any material that would violate the law or the rights of others. Repeated posts in multiple places are not allowed.

In the event of a dispute, controversy, or difference arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve any such dispute, controversy, or difference through negotiations.
If the matter is not resolved by negotiation, the parties agree that all disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre for resolution by mediation in accordance with the Mediation Procedure for the time being in force. The parties agree to participate in the mediation in good faith and undertake to abide by the terms of any settlement reached. In the event any such dispute, controversy or difference has not been resolved by negotiation and mediation, then both parties agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore in respect of such all disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or in connection with this agreement. We hope it never has to come to that.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Sunday Seeds. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an owner of Sunday Seeds.
